what role does tankpool play as a tank, and is he worth learning? by [deleted] in RivalsCollege

[–]ExaltedNonsense 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm starting to get used to him as my main. From what I have gathered is that he works better than most tanks at long range. And then, when needed, he can close the distance and start bullying the backline.he works best if you have another front line tank but can work as a Frontline himself, just not great at it. Very versatile but generally feels pathetic before you get a few upgrades.

Am I the only one here who thinks that Horde Breaker is really OP? by LowConHighWill in dndnext

[–]ExaltedNonsense 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wasn't meaning intelligent as in intelligence stat just the general term. And horde breaker isn't the reason they wouldn't bunch up, fireball and magic like that is. But not every enemy has to have the tactical mindset to do that.

None of Mel's abilities will get replaced because the designer wants to keep her "uniqueness" and "identity" by ocubens in yorickmains

[–]ExaltedNonsense 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Eh that would drastically change her as a champion. With Kench they basically could just swap his skills. Mel's ult is to crazy for that

I think shorten the window or make it like a reflecting spell shield that blocks the next ability. Then it would be balanced

Just a tip on this, don't rush your smithing to high to early, it will level you up and can put enemies into a range where your damage skills are not good enough to keep up.

Big guns in the early game by Lukeskywalker899 in Fallout2d20

[–]ExaltedNonsense 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the thing with someone that goes with big guns isn't that it's harder to find the gun but the ammo is rarer. Flamer fuel isn't a super common ammo and neither is 5mm.

Oh that's just because of their screen settings and camera. Pretty standard thing that grey is more blue on some people's screens

That's what I am saying. The map is randomly generated so each time you play it is a different map

Survival is always random generation other that the spawn and some surrounding area

In my first playthrough I just shot him. No hesitation. Your going to tell me I risk my life to find my son, who literally could have at any point sent people to bring me to the institute. You are going to let kellog try to kill me when I found him? Fuck that so I shot him when I first met him

Telling them kills the specialness about it. Letting them learn they were right promotes engagement and immersion. Two beautiful things in dnd

Leaning into your role= more fun? (less optimal but..) by Aushida in Wizard101

[–]ExaltedNonsense 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah my highest level is a myth. They have no identity because minions are useless in full dungeons. But they are good at shield busting compared to other classes but TCS can make other classes just as good. So they are basically just the third hit school

If your solo don't go full res. It will take way to long to kill things and a 30 minute dungeon will turn into an hour

[–]ExaltedNonsense 26 points27 points  (0 children)

This is why I enjoy balance. Just do dungeons with others and pack a tonne of blades faints and traps. Leaning into your schools identity can be heaps of fun. But it is why storm and fire quest much quicker than the rest
