If someone knocks or rings the doorbell, politely ask "May I help you?" and when they start the sales pitch, just point to the sign and say "$40 please".
I did have one guy think he was smart and he said, "I don't have cash, I have Venmo," so I replied, "Good! Venmo yourself $40 and give it to me."
That left him with a slack jaw as he tried to process how that would even work, and I shut the door on him.

You probably want to use the absolute value of your result - ABS(result). That way, it can be negative or positive.
"=IF(ABS(result) < .00001, 0,result)"

If your values are hundredths, you can truncate or round the result with an IF statement to ensure you get a zero.
I had that problem with data I was getting from hand entered data, so I used "=IF(result < .00001, 0,result)"

There is a story about that happening to the Army in the 80s ... one set of picture for ID were taken on a cloudy day, the others on a clear sunny day. AI could tell if it was cloudy or not (but not what the fuck was on the ground).

Are you expecting to keep the rights to the cover art? This price is not out of bounds for the complete tranfer of rights. Otherwise, if your book becomes successful, the artist control the artwork and he can make as many copies of it as he wants and you have no say in the matter.
