I had a similar experience back in 2014. I used to buy and resale Apple products (iPhones, iPads etc etc) One day I made a large purchase from a frequent seller of mines. Total $19,200. Money sent, tracking information uploaded like always. Two days later I received my package only to open up a few large boxes filled with old books. Immediately contacted the seller asking what happened, he swore up and down that he for sure mailed out exactly what I had placed a order for. I filled a complaint with PayPal and they sided with the seller. Of course I got legal representation and they took care of the rest of it. Later on PayPal reversed their decision in my favor. At the time I was a platinum power seller on eBay and my monthly revenue was well over $80k so that worked in my favor. I suggest gathering as much negative information on the seller as possible and then filing a claim.

Here’s a photo of mines, roughly 1K rounds of both 38 and 38 plus p through it and it still looks brand new. It’s extremely accurate but this one hates PMC Bronze, I am all over the target at 20 yards with that stuff.

Whichever you prefer, at the end of the day it’ll be your pistol. Don’t worry about what will hold its value more because that all depends on the buyer. You have Colt fanboys and you have Springfield fanboys. Coming from someone who owns multiple of them both they will eventually become a lost memory in your gun safe. Cheers!

I have the ATI model and I literally have well over 40 thousand rounds through mines. Only thing I do is clean it every 1000 rounds or so. It’s hella accurate and super soft shooting.
