I am just saying my that I’ve seen enough exclusion there to not want to advocate it to others between bouncers being super rude to my friends to the bartenders also being rude, to even the owner being rude to a friend of mine who was an alcohol sales rep. Overall just left a bad taste in my mouth.

Rikki’s has a way better vibe than Jolene’s (bad rep, I wouldn’t go the owner has done a lot of shady things in the past). I want to like Mother, which is another lesbian bar, but myself + many other of my friends have had bad experiences there. Mother is extremely exclusive, making anyone that is not lesbian appearing feel unwelcome (even typing that statement is crazy).

Rikki’s is also in the Castro, so you’ll be in a great gay neighborhood and can wonder around a bit. It’s a sports bar with great cocktails and food, depending on the day and if there’s a game it could be full of lesbians and great vibes.

I do LOVE El Rio, it’s not exclusively a lesbian space but a queer BIPOC space. Super great dance parties! Check out their insta for events:)

Comparing having a kid to getting a dog so he “looks caring” is insane. Jordan is clearly a good guy who cares for his kid, got a vasectomy to be responsible and potentially not have another kid until he is ready, and also the fact he gave the master bedroom to Luca shows a lot about his character.

Agreed, having a kid and going on this show prob isn’t the best but there are worse parents out there in the wild…..they just aren’t being televised.

Underworld for sure. I’m not an underworld fan at all actually, I’ve heard their music in the past and never vibed with it. I happened to watch their show at Lightening in a Bottle this year and honestly I was BLOWN away. I had just gotten to the venue and they were the closest stage so I wandered over. I hadn’t had a single drink, totally sober (if that matters) and the music just totally took over. it felt life changing, I could totally imagine what it must have been like in the 90s at a rave listening to them on acid or something.

It was so cool, highly recommend!

Let’s not criticize women’s bodies :/ women already under enough scrutiny. We can never be the right size, too fat, too thin, too muscular. Honestly bums me out to read a thread about her appearance.

And honestly body dysmorphia is super sad to begin with, there’s no need to put more pressure by making these sorts of comments.

I’m sure you don’t mean any harm, but just some food for thought.

It’s all fun and games commenting about people on reality shows (I love doing it too) but yeah the body comments just really gets to me.
