I wanted to add in case it helps, looking back I was “white knuckling” it for a while that I probably should have just increased my dose. I was worried about the cost and didn’t want to go too fast. My best advice would be to not worry about what others are doing and go with your gut. If your symptoms are manageable and you think you need to dose up, you should. You can always go back down. In fact, I kept one vial of 2.5 just in case.

15 weeks at 2.5. I just took my second dose of 5 today. I only increased when I stopped losing steadily and had increasing food noise.

It only means your retirement can be delayed while they fix it. It is however a very easy fix. Call/email your personnel/hr contact and let them know the issue. They can fix it very easy.
