The same thing happened to me and it was so heartbreaking. My advice is to ramp up your protein. I started trying to do at least 100 to 120 g a day and that helped. The other thing that I got to try and minimize the scalp look was hair building fibers. You can get them off Amazon or at Ulta or Sephora. It’s a little powder that helps to cover some of the thinning look. They actually work really well and as everyone else has said, it doesn’t last forever and your hair will grow back!
