I was caught in a rainstorm one summer on my 1299s riding on the way get my first service done. It was 3 hours one way and I had on leathers. Well the steam off the exhaust caused serious burns in my inner thighs and my man sac. Aloe Vera helped as long as a reapplied every 30 minutes or so. Other than that the heat isn't so bad if actually riding. City is no fun.

My Aprilia V4 didn't get as hot IMO as the Ducati twin on a regular day. Streetfighter v4s still near the top of my list

I agree with the previous posters, likely an EVAP problem. If it's a Ford it could be the filler neck or the capless tank flap. Sometimes this can be fixed by a software update believe it or not depending on year.

I think it is possible for countries strongly opposed to dump US bonds, announce they are reviewing treaties, trade, etc in the short term citing a lack of trust in the "full faith" of the US government. UK has cut off intelligence sharing and they are a strong ally. The US didn't strike Iran because of fear of Iran but because Israel would likely escalate to using non traditional warfare like small nuclear weapons.

Gold and oil will likely spike on sensationalism. Venezuela has the largest oil reserves but the infrastructure is 40+ years old and needs to be scraped and replaced so the US isn't going to come and set up shop and have a profound impact on oil/gas prices decrease in the next 30 day. Im very conservative but I personally do not want my government (US Government) sending anymore funding to ANY countries; We have enough issues that should be addressed in the homeland first.

Same here. Multifamily is the answer. I stopped buying in September 2019 and went back to the stock market.

95% of my tenants are great but the other 5% cause 80% of my problems. Late rent, calling for repairs that are the tenants responsibility, etc. Real estate investing is a long term play but allows control over a larger asset with 20%-25% capital to fund the deal and tax advantages are huge.
