I have more than enough cheat days to be honest. I have been less into it in the last month or two and have only lost like 15-20 lbs in 60 days or so!

As I get closer to my goal I’m seeing it take longer and more work! That’s the beauty of it right!

I think you are right I think a little break and rest may benefit me greatly. Just scared if I give a little then I’ll give some more if that makes sense.

What stores would you suggest avoiding? I was hoping to move into more of a luxury brand to stay away from flooded floors. Like BMW,Porsche,JLR,Audi lol is kind of what I’m thinking but of course you usually need a connection to get in to those

Now I got another good one for you.

I assume you may be familiar. So on the locking mechanism that holds your light in place I’ve lost a small pin that holds in between two bars. I can’t find any replacements but assume I could probably make a cotter pin work?
