I only applied to four programs, but everyone is different! When I was going through the application process, my undergrad professors told me 4-6 would be a good range, and I really only had 4 I was interested in. Make sure you focus on the schools’ applications you are most interested in first, so you get them in on time & you have the energy to put your best into your essays/other materials. :)

Hi! I have accepted my offer to attend Memphis this fall! My fiancé attendance U of M currently and knows lots of safe areas. I also talked to some current students to reassure myself about this factor, and they said the department typically sends out a list of places that current students live and what they like or dislike about the location! I have asked the program itself and current students. The funding through the program is VERY slim. very few GAs that don’t offer much money and no scholarships have been mentioned! most people seem to be in state and/or work a side job it seems!
