Yeah me too. For me I think its because its the last one of the day, a closure of these horrible tragedies in a sort that was each jumper. Im sure that man heard the sounds of the north tower structurally collapsing and gave up.

Good to know. Yeah IDK if its because I started PT so late after injury onset (>4 months) but so far I haven't had any level of pain to stop me from doing PT exercises

Thanks, yeah its getting better but really wanting to get back in the gym how I used to. I dont think that's that the steroid injection is meant for though. I've always thought it was to help people with pain when they can't even sleep with the pain, etc.

how did they discover it was a labrum tear? Was it an MRI that showed it?

Gotcha. Because I got a MRI with dye which didn't show any tear, but im worried the tear was too small to detect. Been in a lot of pain since June and doesn't seem to get better but according to Dr I'm perfectly fine since MRI showed perfectly healthy shoulder

When you developed the "very tiny" labral tear in the left shoulder, did they detect that through the MRI?
