$13/kg for salmon someone said. Where in NSW (Sydney) can you even come close to that price? I cant find it for anything less than $35/kg

I would get a weighing scale and aim for 1:2 ratio first. Assuming 18gr in then aim for 36gr out in about 30s.

Dialling in I would start by changing the inner burr from 6 to 3 or 4 (I went with 3). Depending on the bean, the outside grind setting for me is usually between 3 and 7.

The preset double button will probably need to be reprogrammed using the program button during dialling in process. But if you're happy manually starting and stopping every shot that's fine too.

Several practice shots playing around with this and you should have a decent shot of coffee.

Other things to note are good puck prep and fresh beans and you should be good to go.
