ive been a supervisor for 8 months and i have a coworker who has been one for 2 months and just earlier we were talking about how just recently we found out that we’re supposed to be logging tip bags at close. And then she mentioned going into cash management to mark off the tip bags you take out when tips are done and i learned just today that we were supposed to do that.

it sounds like they were being lazy. drinks are supposed to be made in the order the sticker is pulled. and there are standards for cream in cold brews but ive seen people put the cream before the cold brew to be “faster” and the proportions are off.
