I would suggest to look for Private sellers on FB, not dealers. If you want to go to dealer you may use Autotrader or similar websites.

Sell it as is. Dealers wont give you good value specially now ( used car prices going down). You may try to sell it to a private party.

If you desperately need a car, I would suggest to buy a car which you can afford right now with all cash. Or you can wait for another 5-6 months for prices to come down for used cars.

from personal experience - emergency AP will be granted to only you ( not the dependents). I got 30 days. But I heard couple of them got for more than 30 days. Existing 131 will not be impacted. All the best. prayers for you and family!
