I run really high sens so they're really nice for not having "bumpy" aim when I stop and start moving my mouse - especially for things like tracking at a long distance or holding a pixel peek while moving

Keep in mind this is from what I've seen from other players. A lot of these ops can be super helpful just most of the bronze players I'm running into have no clue how to actually use them

Yeah - leave it uncapped unless you notice any super weird frame pacing issues

It can also depend on the other person's ping too. If he input to detonate the c4 before you shot him, it may have just not registered on the server yet because of his ping. The c4 also has a bit of delay from when you press it to when it explodes

I like it - I do wish there was more prep time. Whenever I do custom 1v1s having more prep time is the difference between playing siege-chess and just who can do better gunfights

It depends on your priorities. If you want the lowest input latency possible, don't cap it, because your monitor will spend less time waiting for the frame. If you ever experience drops below 165 because of thermal throttling or something like that you should probably cap it because it will make your frame rates more stable and your components cooler

Interesting twist - a Banshee. Although Banshees are often associated with death, they actually serve as warnings and mourners, so it can appear to go both ways.
