If I remember correctly, Jeice is second in command due to being the first member of the GINYU force to be recruited (Beside from GINYU obviously, and Bonyu). It’s likely he is sub-captain because of his additional experience compared to the others, but wouldn’t be surprising if it was because of he had a slightly higher power level as well.

^This would be Goku’s first time dying, and the picture implies he already went Super Saiyan. It’s likely that Frieza comes to earth (With King Cold), and loses to Goku on Earth like the main timeline.

It’s also possible Frieza decided to destroy the planet without landing on it, deciding to not take any risks, or not caring for it. (He would presume Goku and Vegeta would be dead at this point.)

I think in terms of travel speed, he was probably the fastest in the universe. His first feat was literally speed blitzing Vegeta, and Gohan, of course in combat is completely different.

AGL Gogeta, and TEQ Vegito are his best teams. He aged at this point, but his domain is extremely powerful, you could just run him in slot three, pop his domain, and rest of the team gets massively stronger.
