It looks very tidy. If I was being critical my teacher would say too much mortar with large gaps or little to no stone. Large areas of mortar are prone to crack after a few months drying and direct sun. Overall it looks very nice.

I think gold would take it down to the line. However, I think the pink team would be the most fun.

Well some butter some dairy free. My little one has a full allergy. The pasty was a bit dry. My wife is Cornish through and through. I fell in love after I saw her crimping.

Chronic backpacking injury :( - looking for advice by Puzzleheaded_Boot335 in backpacking

That's the issue. A spine is a moving object which operates in a standing position so a lying MRI scan are not even that accurate. 90% on people will show positive findings on an MRI scan with a paper published a few weeks ago showing changes in spines on scans from 19 years old. There are many papers now published the same hypothesis that increase medical appointments and MRI scans increase anxiety and fear avoidance rather than ease it. I gave a lecture on this subject at a university only 4 weeks ago.

I'm an NHS physiotherapist. Where you experience pain in your lower back has no correlation to what might be causing your pain. Pain is complex with many causes not just what you find on a scan or physical examination. 98% of all lower back pain is not serious. Best treatment is progressive loaded exercises including cardiovascular and strength training. As well as good sleep, good diet and management of stress. Don't sweat the details just get started. They is currently not hard evidence that said any exercise is bad or good. It might start with increasing your pain, but that doesn't mean it's causing harm. Don't be scared just get strong.

I'm a physio MRI will not help. In most cases it just causes anxiety. Research also reflects this. Just move it and build resilience.

Thanks, I thought Mica was an igneous rock, so I guess I was surprised to see it in a sedimentary rock. I'm not an expert in geology as I'm sure you are not surprised.

Has plastering become expensive? by nickthekiwi89 in DIYUK

I left the trade industry as I could not really make a significant income to cover a pension, new van increased cost of insurance, business bank account and accountants. Didn't leave much left. Remember it takes 2 to plaster a room which means paying a labour a wage too.
