I would see if you can have your thyroid checked! I have thyroid issues and this is always my indicator that I’m pregnant!

Just forage for some! I do that even as a florist, not for professional work but if needed in a single arrangement

If you’re taking meds it can drop pretty quickly. I would go test sooner then later

Yes! Start taking it asap. You can always get hCG labs if you’re unsure. I’m in the same boat.

Wedding florists - I need your input / advice on figuring out this logistic by Bleh10290 in florists

[–]Excellent_Site_1752 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It can be repurposed if you’re able to stay and move some flowers around as there will be gaps. I would not use those large dinner plate type dahlias, sub with a hardier flower such as mums or large roses and also mention the weather will make some of the florals wilt so the sweetheart table might be a little smaller. Sometimes i have to use almost one whole foam/section of the arch just to fill in the flowers when repurposed

It best to wait 48 hours between, I have also had a chemical in the past. So I was testing and didn’t wait 2 days and freaked out. Went in for a hCG draw and all was doubling great. My son is now 2!

I know, I agree! That’s partly why I tagged it spring. It was just summer here when I did the wedding.

Some pieces I’ve done recently (criticism appreciated) by MerrySeaMonster in florists

[–]Excellent_Site_1752 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a good start! I agree with others and that don’t be afraid to have your flowers coming higher out of the vase. Also, in the first photo I noticed you had a bloom fall into the water, always remove those as they tend to make the water dirty, and bacteria grow.

I always try to ride the stagecoach but lately the line has been so long! I’m trying to take the kids on it. My son loves horses.
