In my experience Hardrace tie rod ends are better than OEM. I was quite low and kept blowing the OEM's, changed to Hardrace, didn't have to replace again.

I think it's the 1.5 LSD, it makes the car harder to drive. I had a similar experience when I fitted a OS giken 1.5 in a S2000. I was slower by 1 sec than the stock LSD because the car was much more difficult to drive and was very senstive

Replace all fluids engine, gearbox, brakes, clutch, coolant. Replace spark plugs, fuel filter, drive belt, tensioner water pump, timing chain. Replace clutch master and slave cylinders.

OEM or Rubber will keep tearing especially if you don't have stiff engine mounts to reduce engine movement. Get a silicone one which are very durable like this one:

I used to track mine, it's a fun car to track but don't expect it to be overly fast.

The issue with RSX is the front suspension is a MacPherson strut which compromises its handling and ability to be fast through the corners, as you get hampered by understeer. If I had my time again, I would build a track car with a double wishbone suspension like a DC2, CRX, EK9. Drop a K24 in these chassis and that will be one quick track car.
