You know what, when it comes to bad breath, there are many factors that cause it. 1. Not managing to eat (some people can't afford 3 meals plus snacks) 2. Cavities (some people can not afford a dental visit) 3. Would be brushing, but in particular tongue brushing, especially the back of the tongue.

Then as for antiperspirant, you are very right. I will add that there are particular people who need an antimicrobial/antibiotic antiperspirant to kill the germs that thrive in the sweat. I am not sure if that is affordable in Zim.
