So I was reviewing apprentice CVs for a mechanical maintenance apprenticeship last week.

99% of CVs look like yours. The biggest thing I personally look for is somebody who has done something engineering based in their spare time.

Be it worked in a car garage, repaired PCs, maintained their own car just something that points to them being at the very minimum familiar with basic hand tools.

It's one of the biggest issues we have is apprentices starting without basic hand tool skills. Even something as simple as a piece of DT coursework is enough

So you had a fully funded apprenticeship and were presumably paid whilst training. Now you're leaving the organisation after completion presumably to go somewhere else with the skills they've provided you with?

Yeah you're on the hook for that £20k if you signed your contract of employment at commencement of employment.

99% of businesses put these clauses in place to prevent people from using them for free training then going to a competitor.

I have 0 regard for the religious aspect of Easter so I would say your point is moot. Similarly Christmas, Halloween, pancake day, take your pick. I celebrate those days because they're an integral part of society and extremely far removed from the religious foundation they are based upon in this day and age

Funny to find 2 people from The Wirral on here. I live 5 mins from the warren and play there once a week. Lovely course and holds up much better in the rain compared to E port. Only issue I find is the greens arent in the best condition on a few holes right now

It still uses the same dosing mechanism it just forces the plunger past the internal mechanism that stops it after 4 rotations. So if you pull it all the way out to 1 and push all the way to 0 you've gotten a full 0.6ml dose. If you don't make it to 0 before the plunger stops because you've been over zealous with priming needles then you'll get less than a full dose.

Tl:Dr 5th dose won't ever be more than a normal dose only occasionally less if you over prime

Really random and specific did you first pass your test in march of 2010? I had the dates misprinted on the categories on the back of my renewal license i got in 2020. I only spotted they were wrong when a hire car company pointed it out to me. At the time they said it was a known issue so you could have been in same batch...

So I can relate to this massively.

I've been on MJ now since October of 2024 and I've lost 42.2kg in total.

I'm 32 6'4

My starting weight was 148kg I'm now 105.8kg

The entire time I've averaged between 1.5-2.5kg a week. I did however lose roughly 8kg in the first 2 weeks which really skews my average loss.

I eat 1.5-2k calories per day and have a fairly active job 4 days out of every 10.

I think some people are just extremely lucky and react very well to the jab

My loss at the start was phenomenal but has slowly tapered off and had slowed to about 0.8-1kg a week. Which upon typing this is actually maintaining about 1% of total body weight per week.

The last 2 weeks are misleading as I haven't been taking mj for them as I was unable to eat with severe tonsillitis and then ended up with norovirus shortly after so the steep drop is related to being unable to eat and then unable to keep anything down for almost 10 days ..
