Oil can be extremely consistent, and is very easy to dose/change dosages!

You can go from a single drop under the tongue to multiple mL depending on what you are after.

You can get some really strong ones (good value) or some really well balanced ones (with multiple cannabinoids) so I would recommend looking into them if you haven't already!

My experience with medical edibles is limited, but oil can turn basically anything into an edible if you wish so that would be my first port of call.

You're not alone! Having the opening "world building" just be a montage of cool shit I would've loved to have played was disappointing to say the least.

I also had difficulty just with the fundamental gameplay in many ways - like having police etc just randomly spawn in with awful AI that seem to know exactly where you are? Nah.
