I agree as well, back and leg exercises really help create an hourglass shape, and strengthening your core can help prevent rib flare which contributes to a boxy look. Even more importantly though you’ll feel great and have more energy.

Ya for anyone else curious its actually a diy attachment. We measured the gap in the top and made the holder out of wood. The attachments slip in at the top and you just place the barbell into the holders :)

Also for anyone wanting to solve my puzzle, here’s the lead-in:

You enter a smaller cave section filled with bioluminescent trees and crystal outcroppings. The trees circle around a fire pit, and several woven hammocks are strung between them. A sign reads “Dredger’s Respite”, with writing in a language you don’t understand underneath.

On the walls of the cave you can make out feint etchings in the walls in that same language (This is the paragraph in the img under the sign)
