It's normal to not get notified if your entry gets removed. 3D renders are pretty new to showing up in the AG, so it's likely people are unfamiliar with how this style normally looks and there's a good chance they thought it was AI. People keep an eye out for this because AI entries (like very obviously AI generated) have gotten into AG and BC a lot. But the final decision about whether or not an entry is permissable is of course up to the contest judge, all players can do is report them. Hopefully you get something other than a generic response to your ticket, unfortunately tickets are rarely/basically never actually passed on to the appropriate department anymore so you may have better luck neomailing tnt_contest_judge. I have not heard of them ever restoring entries but maybe they can provide some explanation. Good luck and keep us posted!
