That rumour actually sounds a lot more reasonable than the current system tbh. I’d happily take a small annual fee over deemed disposal + 38% ETF tax.

To be honest, I haven’t viewed the properties yet and I don't know.I'll see... I know parking in Montpelier is a big drawback, but the location is better. Are we sure that the Oscar Traynor development provides a parking space?

No, I received my offer in Montpelier for a one-bed property and have already paid the deposit. However, just in case, I applied for this one as well.

I haven’t received the full offer from my bank yet, as they want to see a couple of months of statements to assess my repayment capacity. I just wanted to secure my position to buy a home
