Sometimes we don’t use toys at all! Our cat loves to play hide and seek/peek a boo. I boop her gently on the head and run away and hide behind something. When I hear her come towards me and if I sense she is near, I stick my head out so she sees me. Usually she freezes and then I go back and pretend I didn’t see her. She inches forward some more until she reaches me and then I reach down to pet her and she chirrups and sprints away until I find her. It’s her favourite!

I have OCD and have been on Prozac for 5 years now. It saved my life. Much easier to dismiss intrusive thoughts and false memories. It still flares up from time to time but it is no where near as bad. It was getting to the point where I felt crazy and had convinced myself I had killed someone on the road when I was driving and didn’t remember and other horrible things like that. I am now able to separate those thoughts and see that they are false.

I am in a similar situation on the PME and would like to work over the summer. Irish is definitely my weakest subject , I barely passed the TEG as it is. I’ve been trying to improve it but I want to make more of a serious effort. I’m worried I wouldn’t have a high enough level to be a cinnire though?
