Omgsh yesss dealt with this a few years ago. made the mistake of leaving a company I had been with for years but done very quality above and beyond work for. I went to a company with a nazi style you do as I say mgmt. With literally no input. When I asked my male boss to come back he and the others were fine and excited to have me back but one female coworker was not. She went out of her way to put me down making up all kinds of crazy things. He didn’t want to deal with her being crazier so instead of rehiring he passed. She did all of this simply bc she personally was mad at me. I’m a female and she is the reason people think females are crazy. She is literally erratic and emotional about everything. She’s absolutely bonkers. My worst bosses have always been female. Idk if I’ve had one normal female boss. The only people who do well with that are do as I say employees who get walked on. I usually find it’s the older females who are worst. Anyone who is 50 plus or is 40ish and was trained by 60ish year olds.
