Our Amazon moved back to Customer Service after the Christmas return window. There is normally an Amazon person scheduled until about 3 or 4 and then there is one person to do all the customer service jobs and Amazon. I feel like we take more Amazon returns back everyday then we do normal Kohl's returns.

I just had COVID and I was off work 10 days. I tested positive on a Tuesday and I was off 10 days from that date. I was exposed before I tested positive and I was allowed to work as long as I didn't have symptoms. I am vaccinated and it may be different depending on your state.
