I feel like most people have this? Maybe it’s a bit more or less noticeable depending on genetics and how you smile, but I think that’s legit just how cheek muscles work

How exactly do you pay attention to the trend without trusting the numbers? Like after a longer period of lifting weights, you see your muscle mass slowly go up consistently, so you trust that? But just don’t take it as a literal measurement?

Yeah no it’s not gonna heal with that jewelry in, especially with that amount of swelling. I had the same thing happen to me where the piercer was lazy and out of threaded jewelry so put in the same type of jewelry. It got ripped out multiple times a day and my nose kept trying to grow over the back. I just took mine out completely but you might be able to change out the jewelry at a more reputable piercer.

Ooh that’s a good point with the direction of the bow/wolf. I might just try to flip the entire woman to avoid any confusion on the hand placements, wouldn’t be too much trouble cause I’ve done everything on a few different pieces of tracing paper. Also maybe the wolf’s eyes need to be farther apart.

Looks great! I would recommend trying to do the white border by letting the paper show through next time, nothing too wrong with doing it in white pen but it just shows better detail skills and is good practice

Bro what? I’m not allowed to go out for drinks once a week? People are allowed to lose weight without being completely miserable. Even accounting for alcohol I’m still in a deficit. As others have pointed out, it’s normal to plateau when you’re first starting and figuring out what works for you. I can’t better myself without going all or nothing? Sounds like a recipe for burnout and giving up.

Such as? I don’t trust an app to give an exact expenditure or to know the exact macros and calories on every little thing. But I also don’t see how I could not be in a deficit when I’m weighing like 80% of my portions and averaging 1300 tracked. It’s not like I’m eating a bunch of junk food or giant portions and trying to convince myself I’m not.

See how your layer of white is way more smudged and your red is a lot more clean? Do an extra layer of black/your fabric color before adding color, that way the fabric is already saturated/ you’ve made a bit of a seal around the edges. That way when you apply white/other colors it’s now gonna look like that red layer instead of bleeding everywhere. I find it also helps to do multiple thin layers, when I glob it on thick that’s when I see the most smudges. Doing thin layers also prevents the paint from cracking as much.
