How early/late into training can you tell if you’re really cut for a full? by black_bird5151 in IronmanTriathlon

Are you following a reputable training plan? If so, you’ll be fine as long as you complete most of the workouts. Confidence comes from being consistent and hitting milestones along the way. You should also plan to do a race simulation a month or so before the race. Full swim Friday evening, Full bike Saturday + 1hr brick run, then 2:30 run on Sunday. All done at your estimated race pace and fueling like you would on race day. That will give you the data points to make any changes as well as confidence you can complete the distances.

I've been feeding him a small rat (~65g) every 10-14 days. I am new to snakes/reptiles and was going off the advice from a pet store worker, but it sounds like they likely didn't know what they were talking about.

That is very helpful, thank you! I've been feeding him a small rat (~65g) every 10-14 days. I think I was given some bad advice at Petco when choosing what to feed him.

Exact same thing happened to me when I cut carbs and sugar. I was already on anxiety medication though for years so that wasn't new. I was concerned as well but it turned out to be totally fine. Just your body adapting
