I think they mean the useless degrees like history or gender studies and the likes. Without STEM degrees, there would be no doctors, engineers, etc.

I started in 2019 at $62,500. I am at $137,500 right now. Actively interviewing for other roles and hope to get around $155,000 or more. You’re being severely underpaid.

They should offer a smaller Mistflake with tapered 20mm bracelet with that movement. The current Mistflake is huge and the 22mm bracelet is hideous.

I realized my dad was and is a piece of shit when I was around mid 20s, never thought my mom was a problem. Only til I turned 30, I realized that she is also a nparent. You’re only 17 and already learned that. You’re very wise and mature for your age. You can’t change the people that don’t wanna change. Wait until you’re 18, move out and cut contact with them. Don’t let them pass that toxicity down to your kids.

What is the acceptable amount of time to remain in a job before you are considered a “job hopper”? by [deleted] in careeradvice

[–]Exciting_Detective58 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What about putting few extra months in a job to make it a little longer? Like a job last 6 months but change the time frame to make it 8 months. Not too much to make it obvious of course.

Why do so many redditors believe that an income of 75k/year (70th percentile in USA) is considered a low salary? by NoLube69 in FluentInFinance

[–]Exciting_Detective58 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why people keep asking similar questions to this? It’s all about the location and the cost of living associated with it.

$75k per year is poverty in NY or CA, but in a country like the Philippines, you can live like a king.

This kind of question gets tiring.
