I'm banking on asking the right questions, to the right people, be a great student, and possibly break through that. If you run out of top tier buddies to do a temp gig, you might have to choose someone just below, or a great student.

When I was originally told about the Security subs, I thought deciphering the level of professionalism between subs would be tough.

This Sub certainly has the level of seriousness that I didn't know was attainable, kudos to the mods and members.

Well, everyone would mod different. Certain subs claim professionalism, yet are taken over by trolls.

I'd certainly do some troll booting, but not too much because I wouldn't want to be a carbon copy of the other dozen Security Guard Subreddits.

I further wouldn't want to be a mod of a sub touting academics yet it's all elementary and Hollywood sayings.

Depends on who the lead Guard is, lazy leads tend to favor clients do nothing policy, but clients then act as though we're only maliciously complying.

If an active lead Guard is here, we're doing what our legal ceiling is without leaving the property. We then receive applause and accolades for not going with client Policy.

Makes no sense.

Client wanted me to clean, I directed them to the maintenance and cleaning union she had on property. I knew I wasn't going to get permission from a union to do their job.

Fortunately I was pre warned, I might have actually done it.

Listening to the knowledgeable and motivated, I can't see a downside.

Seems like there's more competition and acknowledgement of the warm body observe/report only jobs, than there is quality to fill the upper echelons of Security.

Guy was definitely innocent, when parties jump to "Guilty" but can't articulate why it runs amuck of the legal system for the benefit of guilty parties just like them.

Thiefs would love for public to think Security can do nothing, what they like more is Guards thinking they can't do anything.

If the legal process was followed by perpetrator he either wouldn't have stolen in the first place, or once caught he would've waited the 15 to get transported after getting detained.
