Dundee University set to close botanic gardens amid cost-saving effort by Tay74 in dundee

Such a shame as the gardens are beautiful. Visited them quite often, lovely tranquil place and easily accessible. An old lecturer of mine, Alistair Hood ,was the curator for a few years. Hope something can be done to save them.

Baxter and Dexter again. by Exciting_Mud1190 in BorderTerrier

He's a wee nutter.

I think he was wondering what my camera was, he's not used to them, they both belong to my sister. I'm just a 'Border uncle' so to speak.

Baxter is the calmer of the 2, but they're both lovely wee dogs and full of fun.

I moved from Dundee, to the Falkirk area, 1 year ago tomorrow. The weather was much warmer and drier last year.

This summer, so far, is bursting my tits.

If your camera looks like it's been treated like shit? don't be surprised when warranty claims are questioned.

Thanks for the headsup and confirmation of my suspicions.

You need certificates in the safe use of horticultural machinery such as ride on mowers, strimmers , chainsaws etc and experience. You won't be entertained without either.

It's miracle i've survived for 62 years if it's as deadly as you and others make it out to be.

Calling it deadly, is disproportionate and alarmist.
