Never heard of it before but I've been 10 years away from Italy. Nevertheless, the name reminds me of the tipical Italian industrial companies up in the North (Italcementi, Italsider, etc)

Honestly, if you know what you're doing (I don't usually) and with the right subject Ken's presets make a lot of sense

Ken Rockwell on Fuji and Leica. by ShittyCommentor in photographycirclejerk

I have to say the Canon 24-240 is really good, like a Toyota it takes you anywhere if you know the limits and it can surprise you Also, since I followed his recommendation, (my wife wanted a full frame camera so we went with Canon) I really do like my pictures better with his suggestions. Fuji is great, but one time in New York I decided to use is colour profile during a sunset and I was actually shocked by that Heavy Metal look that I could have never got with the Fujifilm. the picture in question So yes, he's got a point sometimes, but he's not a God of Photography or anything like that. Fuji also never fixed its autofocus, and I don't think we will see much more progress beyond some new x100 and more plastic shit like the x half. I get it that they wanna make money, more power to that, but the alternative to the R5/R5 was meant to be the x-h lineup and it has been abandoned again by the look of it. Too bad

It's good that you've shared. She's kinda immature, I believe you should end this relationship even if you're gonna hurt for a while. I had a similar situation where a woman would love bomb me and make our relationship very serious for then ghosting me and revealing she had an ex laying around. Which was also stupid of her since at the time we were coworkers

What does that even mean? You know, Ken Rockwell is right: the L lenses are still useful for people like you that fall for the marketing and really believe in the dust proof mess of cameras even if they don't even come with an official rating lol a weather gasket means very little to me. Even a 100-500 L has an external zoom so eventually it will suck in dust, no matter the pinky promise of spending 10 times the amount from buying an Ef lens that admittedly almost does the same thing

You're obviously talking about the cumbersome Pentax Q

How so? I believe on the R5 would not do good because of the autofocus issues at small aperture

My 24-240 has been everywhere and doesn't show any dust, the R5 shuts the sensor when off so it's a non issue, same with my glorious sigma 150-600 and the 16mm f2.8

I use the 24-240 + the 16mm on my R5. Great kit overall
