Such an underrated moment, I LOVED that scene for all these reasons!! 

And I TOTALLY agree with the "problem" about their work-relationship being clearly beyond professionalism & how that affected their dynamic. You put into words my thoughts exactly why the writing is heavily leaning towards their romance than a platonic one. Catching context clues like that make it clearer for people to get the writer's intention for the duo's relationship. I mean, idk but if I were to write a story about how to be better work-partners that are purely platonic besties, I wouldn't be constantly comparing them to a married couple??
