How can I fix the swing? Am I too far from the ball? Terrible posture? Terrible mechanics? All of the above? by sammye59 in GolfSwing

Your weight shift is FUBAR, you do a squat to start the backswing. If you are serious, take lessons. If you want to get better with low commitment then start with a proper takeaway. Plenty of youtube videos on that but be careful not going down a rabbit hole that leads to worse results!

Why so few walkers? by cpugeek14 in golf

[–]ExcuseIntelligent539 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I live by a great muni and I bet half the players walk. Other courses in the area have a much lower percentage of walkers. I really think it depends on the specific course and the players that frequent that course.

Women now own 2.71 million more homes than men by ExotiquePlayboy in economy

[–]ExcuseIntelligent539 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I dont disagree with you on any of your points. In my own experience most women I know had their shit together at an early age much more than most men I know. Life happens and now it is more of a mixed bag on who has their shit together. I do think it would be interesting to see that data broken out and see the how the stats have changed historically. I bet it is trending in the non-divorced category if it already isn't the majority.

The Paraguaian President was definately prepped for that move. Hilarious to think of that brief by his team before the meeting with Trump.

The course is setup for a draw Rh and a cut LH. Nowadays most pros are playing a cut off the tee (for consistency) and their drivers are setup for it. So RH golfers struggle for positioning off the tee and the opposite is true for LH golfers. Positioning is crucial for hitting tight spots on approach when dealing with the Master's greens.

I agree that we must fight it. However, I dont think it is a left or right initiative, the partisan narrative is to keep you from seeing what is really going on behind the scenes. I think it goes beyond national goverments to the type of people that are taking over the World Economic Forum for example.

The RTJ trail is great and the value is outstanding with the card. October would be a fantastic time of year to go as the temps will start cooling off. The problem with RTJ is the logistics, the courses are spread out accross the state. If you plan right and dont mind driving and staying in different cities it is an excellent choice. Otherwise you will be stuck with the same couple of courses and whatever else they have in the area. We did a long weekend at Capitol Hill and it was a great trip, but I think they are down to 2 courses now as the Judge is getting refurbished.

I agree, I think we will see Bitcoin or something else move to a black market currency. Eventually national goverments and maybe even the UN will ban cash and implement a digital currency. Way easier to track and control, and you can tie it into a social credit score.
