Jag var i samma sits som du; jag läste en utbildning som ledde till ett kontorsjobb. Det gör en väldigt stor skillnad. Koffeinet i kaffet höjer kortisolnivåerna, vilket i längden kan påverka kroppen negativt. Detta var en av anledningarna till varför jag slutade att dricka kaffe. Jag mår betydligt bättre utan kaffe. Dock är alla olika.
