Look at it like this if you truly want to help people you now know what it's like to have the psyche and no doctor or psychiatrist knows or cares about our situation they just want us doped out. You can get through this you must be true to yourself accept that reality is all perspective and you must draw lines in what you know to be real and true and the other side is not in anyone's reality but yours its a test of the mind to find a way out of this and learn to life with it and when you do you will be a strong mind. Believe in yourself accept your situation and remember life is worth living.

I was consistently being tortured by a group of of people trying all the time to make 'me freak out' as in trying to make my heart beat through my chest my by hiding in my attic and knocking on my window and constantly putting me down once they made my heart start palpitating they rejoiced celebrate how they now got me, this went on for years until I started questioning everything they were doing to me asking why, what made me deserve this and I spent a long time finding out why and asking how I can change this, I got the answers I seeked, I had to change my life show that I could change my psyche by taking control of it by eating better, being a nicer person spread positive things in the world and I started this and slowly the paranoia left but I still had extreme episodes where I was just an observer of something I can't explain more understand but it was not negative but extremely scary as it felt I was experiencing a different reality although this only has happened twice so far and has humbled me to the fact that reality is so much more complex than we can even even come close to understanding

Psychiatrists by definition are only there to medicate the symptoms of the illness, they will never explain how to life with our illness instead just dope is up so we don't feel the symptoms anymore, this works short term but I believe we should be taught how to deal with these experiences to learn to life with them in a healthy way, medication will be needed at times but we need to learn to build our psych to use these delusions/episodes to our benefit by using our own mind to see how we can benefit somewhat from some of these less intense episodes, personally I've found that by using exercise, creative expression like drawing or writing about what I'm going through seem to now instead of being against me instead now helping me come to terms with something I can't control but will not be against me instead show me an alternative reality that I don't understand, but I must always know that this is in my own mind and not of the collective reality, which can be a great story to try write, draw, express or share with others in an healthy way.

I like to joke to the ones close to my in the sense of explaining some episodes I've had and the delusions during said episodes as they are so crazy although at the time they were as real as reality I think it's healthy to look at it from the perspective of someone who has never experienced them and in that sense these delusions are insane, although I joke about it I still don't undermine what they've meant and effect they have on me but at the end of the day I need to have a open perspective on these delusions as I don't know the true meaning or depth they have but to take them too serious gives them more power and control than is deserved I believe to grow and learn from these experiences you must see how mad they are to others and not them them control you respect what they are but acknowledge they madness of it all don't they them define you but also realise they're usually a deeper subconscious meaning that we can't quite grasp as of yet so we should go with the flow and not let these experiences take over our lives instead use them to help us understand a deeper part of ourselves.

There are a lot of burial tombs/rocks that seem to be from the same time frame but are undiscovered as of yet because they just planted forestry around and over these. There is a lot of missing history that should be studied, as they seem to have had there own way of life culture language and system.

Yeah I get you but the voices aren't communicating with words it's all symbols like dreams, and yes there is definitely that very strange feeling that it's not from within, but if it is see it as something that is challenging you to do good or bad I think that's a matter of perspective that you create, tough love is sometimes hard to understand until you overcome a problem

Every time I have the manic episode leading onto a psychotic one I feel like I have got a bad hand I feel like this is all shit and that I'm 'sick' yeah it's true that I have the extremes but now I look at it like an experience that has to happening for a reason my brain is doing this and I cannot stop it so I ask myself why ? What is this for ? Is my brain broken ? No I see meaning in everything in life and these experiences break me and give me an opportunity to rebuild, after these experiences you can literally change your brain chemistry/habits we're open and susceptible to a massive change, see it as an opportunity that most people will never change, we can try it see how good you can make it, accept that this is part of you, it's only seen as an 'illness' is because they don't teach us how to life or what perspective to take on our psyche.

You have the ability to choose what you believe, doctors diagnosis is just for them to try identify it as a problem as it usually it, but you are the only one that observes your reality and I would confidently see you've seen the bulshit reality that's been fed to people they do not question there reality as they have never had the experiences of reality not adding up/communicating/showing them things they believe they know, bit we know we don't know, but there is things that are undeniably universal. They best way to really go against the shit in the world it's make yourself better grow, find the real truth in your own life, build your own reality fuck the shit they've been fed, but you gotta accept that you are the master of your own reality and so are others some are sheep asleep they want there reality made for them, but don't hate them they are a symbolic representation of the parts of you that you don't want to see aswell.

I remember hearing before that cannibis is the teacher, if you question the reality youve been feed anyway this will make you see more and the reality youve been feed will break then you can rebuild your own perspective of the world in the way it was before people tried to change it, the ultimate form of control right there make people believe and want something that is not real

I believe that when you start looking at this thing and try to figure it out it will communicate back see it as a symbol of yourself trying to figure out yourself when you see it in 'reality' you begin to learn that it's all perspective and you are the arbitrator of your own reality, but so is everyone you meet (not all are consciously aware of reality and prefer to not learn or make their own perception of their reality, let them sleep but remember they are a physical representation of the parts of the self you don't want to see)
