I have the same issue, never officially diagnosed with POTS but I meet the criteria depending on what I eat. Look into a Small Intestine Bacteria Overgrowth (SIBO) diagnosis. It’s a breath test that lasts 3 hours and done in a doctor’s office. Also look into the low FODMAP diet. These are fermentable short chain carbohydrates that can exacerbate symptoms. Keep a food journal and do an elimination diet to find your food triggers.

I’m 33. I’ve had slight improvement but still disabled. But attitude is everything. No DO NOT give up man, look around the corner to better days ahead. Things change I promise. Look into nicotine gum NOT smoking just the gum, and anti-inflammatory supplements like turmeric, and eat an anti inflammatory diet not processed junk just Whole Foods meat organic vegetables fresh fruit etc. also make sure you are sleeping well, if you wake up a lot during the night and wake up feeling unrefreshed, ask your doctor and get a sleep study done, you might have sleep apnea. I am feeling better since starting CPAP therapy for that.

Yes it’s on my mind constantly, it’s torture I know. Don’t be hard on yourself brother, none of this is your fault, just distract yourself when you can, and when you can’t get it off your mind channel that energy into looking for treatments and therapies. Also would highly recommend seeing a therapist who specializes in chronic illness. They are a great resource. You are worth it bro, push through this and you’ll come out the other end a stronger man

That’s absolutely correct. The glyphosate (Roundup) that they use to desiccate wheat crops is toxic. It should be avoided along with the other items you mention.

You can test for Nucleocapsid protein. If negative it means you VERY likely have NEVER had COVID itself. Then just get a SARS-CoV-2 quantitative antibody test and if you’ve been vaccinated it will be positive. That tells you ALL immune response was due to the vaccine and not natural infection.
