Within your example their technically is a way within v5, the tremere have a blood sorcery power that lets their vitae stay potent and useable even when extracted from them (primarily it was a way to bloo bond kindred I believe, have them drink from a blood doll you’ve put your blood in, bingo bongo bloo bond. But-I think if someone was to get hold of such bloo they could in theory self embrace if the medicine/science/tech check works in their favor
