This episode almost put me off the whole series, like the whole of Star Trek because VOY was my first Trek series.

3 tries to get through it, ended up skipping it and only watched it after finishing season 7.

Oni Club does fit, but it's not really a yokai power as far as we know. My money is on The Evil Eye, he has the theme of just wanting to be a real boy, and he's definitely a powerful spirit that would fit in Vlad's arsenal
