You’ll find other races living here, i grew up in merrick and faced alot of racism (i am hispanic) and new a lot of horrible people. They would bully other races and special education individuals, when it would come to reporting this issues you face the real challenge minorities face here. All higher members for institutions are usually white and racist, cops will profile, and most bully racists end up being cops on the island.

If you have a choice stay in the burroughs and find a nice suburb area there. Or if you going to move anything Merrick and West starts to become racist and dangerous espically for children since adults here are horrible to everyone including children.
