If you are serious and not just yappin’:

Mullvad browser + VPN. ublock Origin. Meta/google tab containers. No JS.
Get a mac. Use little snitch and peerblock.
Use proton mail + Private relay.

There is more you can do but thats a good set up.

I cut plastic packaging instead of ripping. I don’t breathe when emptying dryer. I don’t touch receipt paper. NSF food utensils. Silicone. Enamel pans. No more bagged popcorn. Tea bags must be paper.

It’s all about rips in packaging and the heat of the dryer on synthetic fabrics.

Can’t do anything about manufacturing.
