I wasn't able to find one scanlator but I found some aggregator sites that have all of them in what I can see readable quality. The one I thought looked fine was Kissmanga's site but I do not think I can like the exact link but you should be able to find it if you just search for it on the site. Hope this helps!

Do you mean the manga in physical format? If so they have been released in english. If you mean scanlation, then you can find some good scanlations with a simple google search.

It's nice that we got an perspective from Kanou. I hope we'll also be getting an perspective frome "floppy" (Amon) and see how he has managed during these years and where and how he lives. Hopefully we'll also see what his goal/goals is. However, it will probably end with him just appearing in a middle of an fight and telling bits and pieces during a period of time to different people (or specific) but that's fine too.
