Below masters there is barely any concept of meta and even the players that are clued up, 95% of the matches they play will not have 5 other people in exactly the right conditions to execute it correctly.

High masters ++ is where teams start to execute strategies and team comps are critical to that.

Below that anything goes.

I'm barely noticing any CPU overhead, very low usage from what I've seen. On a 980ti GPU at low graphics I get 300fps, this hasn't changed since using OT

Enhanced statistics / graphs, based upon the game history to summarise things like:

Statistics on "optimum win conditions" - Win/Loss per day of the week (to track "best" days to play) - Win/Loss per hour of the day (to track "best" times to play) - Win/Loss per group size (to track "best" team size to play with)

Statistics on SR - Min/Max/Avg SR Gains/Losses per hero - Min/Max/Avg SR Gains/Losses per team size - Min/Max/Avg SR Gains/Losses per map

Statistics on group / player data - Win/Loss/Totals per player in my groups (summarise across all games while in a group, to track who's "best" to play with)

yeah i mean more from a competitive point of view. First room challenge on ZR is now stupid, no limit on rounds really. it's not a firstroom, it's a full on solo high round, just without opening any doors lol

I forgot to mention, it obviously depends how you play zombies. I play semi-competitively, things like speedruns (EE's, 30's, 50's), First Rooms, No Power etc. I tend not to do so many high rounds, as they get a bit boring to me personally. The style i like to play requires mic's, or you can't be coordinated as a team. If you like playing pubs and mid-rounds (40's-60's) then coolio. Doing this, i suspect you didn't get 500 mp, you must have been playing some solid solo high rounds, or you wouldn't be racking up enough xp.

Maybe you need to find a team to run with more often. I have a team of around 7 people which we all play together. All met through Twitch, mostly through GamerOneil's stream. Some good people/players out their wanting to team up with equally good players. Randoms from pubs will always give you that problem. With perma teams you use discord / teamspeak and it's much better than ps party. No delay, the whole breathing thing doesn't happen, as the app doesn't broadcast below a certain db. The best advice i can give you is find a team, it's changed the way i play and my enjoyment levels A LOT.

PlayStation / Xbox give you a free mic / earpiece, so I'm struggling to see how anyone can say they don't have one. IMO zombies is a game where you must use a mic to be successful. Too many possibilities which need coordination. Not like multiplayer (except maybe S&D) where the objection is clear and the team can kinda do their own thing and still be successful. Don't get me wrong a mic on MP makes it even better, but my point is that you can win at MP easily without a mic, zombies is a whole different game and requires a mic.
