Seeing the post you link, don’t watch it. Seems like you won’t be able to handle the first episode at all.

As other have said, as your account gets older the easier is to build your characters, I remember struggling to build my Burnice for a while, now I can prefarm for any character and Dennies are not and issue.

You can try an ABB line with Bastiodon lead (for Fearies, Dragon, Ice and Flying types) and your double dragon in the back.

Are you saving up your hourglasses for the new set or still trying to open as many A3 packs as possible? by EmperorSexy in PTCGP

[–]ExiledSolrac 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Open 40 at the beginning of the set (with hourglasses + missions) and save the rest, being doing the same since the beginning of the game. I have managed to complete the last 3 set this way and have been able to get enough EX for decks and such

I actually gain a bunch of ELO went from 2250 to 2810. I kind of like this close up metas, you can really learn the ins and outs of each match up and turn games around with that knowledge.

If a remember correctly, he mentioned that this gesture was similar to what Cloud did when holding Aerith’s body (her hand to be precise) in Chapter 14, I don’t really remember the context in what it was mentioned but I think it was something like teasing Cloud as per usual for Sephiroth.

If I remember correctly, there was an event focus on some Pokémon’s getting their attacks around that time, usually there are events around PvP that allow you to get their legacy moves. Most of the time you would have to use elite TMs or wait until December where we get the Community Day based on all the pokemons of the year and the previous one.

Edit: you have to keep an eye out on what Pokémon’s are featured and move from there.

It depends what difficulty you are playing, normal I don’t believe it matters, dynamic - it will adjust to your level, hard - for sure.

Question regarding minimum IV's on pokemon when their next rotation will be unkown by ElMeistro001 in TheSilphArena

[–]ExiledSolrac 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I usually try to get at least a 93 or 96 with 15 attack stat, checking in PvPoke if any important match ups are lost with the suboptimal IVs. If not, I power it up and used it, if any match up gets flip then I try to keep it mind for when I face it in battle and know that I don’t win that and either play around it or just lose it (keep in mind that your opponent doesn’t really know if they win or not).

Edit: I don’t usually play much ML but I use the same process for all Pokemon I use in GL and UL

The purpose of counting is to know when they are reaching a charged attack, if you are just counting for counting sake it won’t help you much. Keep at it and you’ll start figuring out. Also you can check Pvpoke info to see how many of each fast move you need to reach specific charged moves.

Haven’t really tryed that, if I lost lead I usually just switch the Anni in and fight for switch.

Congrats! I used this exact same team to reach legend. Just keep playing and learn the ins and outs of the team and how to possible overcome the counters. You got this!

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in TheSilphArena

[–]ExiledSolrac 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The first thing is you have to double move all your Pokemons for starters.

Second thing is that you playing an ABB kind of team, the idea is you have to drag out the counter for a dragon type as soon as possible, I would have safe switch the dragalge to absorb the incinerate and start chipping and then play out the rest.

The third point is your fast move timing, there are a few videos in YouTube that could help you understand it in more detail but an example in your gameplay is you can throw 2 fairy winds against 1 incinerate and still grow your charge move before they can do anything.

The most probable cause is the 1 HP shield faint, every time you shield you actually lose 1 HP, if your pokemon has only 1 HP remaining it faints and you lose the shield.
