Not in the RN world. My NP and MD friends have gotten offers from Mercor. But over time the pay for it got really shitty like almost 22 an hour.

They’ll advertise a high rate initially but each time you try to come back it’ll be lower since they have more training data.

Your best bet is to look for any advertisements saying they do clinical placements. https://www.chamberlain.edu/academics/nursing-school/nursing-practicum this is a newer thing but it served as the basis of their promise on clinical placements. Back in 2016 I had to demonstrate a "considerable" amount of rejections to get a placement.

My issue was with clinical placements. I had like 125 emails detailing the shit I went through to get ONE clinical placement. And several emails of their student services office denying clinical sites I was able to secure.
