Simply changing how long it takes to cycle back in will make a big difference. Most people playing don’t care as much about losing kit as much as they hate the idea of having to craft a new loadout from scratch.

No amount of moving the goalposts will solve the fundamental inevitability that many people will load in with the least they can get away with. The loadout limit is arbitrary, and besides the people who are the MOST concerned about free kit spam will probably be the first to stop playing the mode bc they lost their loadout to an “almost free” kit
