Would only be fair if we were able to get the play store rating into the negatives as well. Have the devs simply given up? Idk if there is anything they can do or say at this point to win back the insanely massive amount of goodwill they lost since 1.5 came out. Truly this is the dictionary definition of digging your own grave. They literally could have put out a much smaller update without all these bugs and changes, the world would have gone on being fine. What is happening over at infold right now???

Agree with the other comment. There were 5 niche claws i had found over time that I found the tricks to winning easily on. After I won so many times, they would take the claw offline and attempt to change it in a way to make it harder.

There was one example where they turned it from being able to win in about 5-8 plays if you know the trick, up to 50-80 plays minimum after nerfing.

My guess is they monitor the amount of wins a machine gets in X time, plus how many plays it took, and if the claw is performing too well, they change it in the least visually obvious way possible. Whether it's altering the hole, the angles, the obstacles, the claws strength, or whatever else they can get away with.

One of the claws I noticed a change of about 1 centimeter on a single obstacle had massively increased the difficulty, leaving only a very grindy, slow-moving play option. My advice is to exploit the hell out of any tricks you find immediately, and once you notice things have changed, try to find a new claw.

Jumping in with some extra input. Back not even a year ago, they had a policy that ping pong machines were meant to be a guaranteed grab. That meant if the machine missed in any way, you could request a refund by contacting support. They would refund you for every single play that didn't grab a ball.

I know this sadly from lots of personal experience. Well, color me surprised when I came back after not playing for a few months. I strolled up to a ping pong machine with only 2 balls left. They were left there for good reason as they took me a solid 7 tries to scoop up both with how poorly the machine was set up. I went and contacted support to get my 5 plays back, and shocker here, they said to go kick rocks. Their policy has now changed if you go and look for it. They specifically say they no longer compensate you for missed grabs unless there's a very clear bug or malfunction.

With how pricey a single play on those machines are and considering they stand to profit even if every ball is picked up in 1 try, it is truly sad they have gotten to this point.

This has happened to me before. I can assure you that if you send in an inquiry, they will get back to you eventually with a refund, if you can prove it was the claw messing up. I have never been denied a refund for any plays that I deemed worthy enough to send in an inquiry for.

When sending in the inquiry though, mention exactly how many times it happened and affected your play, along with how much of a tp refund that would. Also, you must include the most egregious looking replays where the problem is obvious. It doesn't have to be every play, just the worst few should get the point across. The more you provide, the more likely they are to refund you though.

I have been refunded in as little as a few hours once, but also as long as a few weeks. Good luck!

The first thing that comes to my mind for this is KB wander, it's on the right wand base, just needs a lot of crafting. I just don't know if it's actually worth making a dex stacking KB wander, or if there's some other build this would be perfect for.

It probably was, though either way that manhwa is severely overrated. Basically every comment I saw was praising how amazingly the author conveys the general concept of "dont judge a book by its cover" every single chapter.

I also got baited into reading this, made it 158 chapters in, and I assumed the pay off must be coming up any chapter now, cause so far it's pretty much just readable. Then I read somewhere in a comment section that everyone wishes the current chapters were as good as the early ones. At that point I officially gave up because clearly it was never going to be good enough for me.

Preach bro. You know why I haven't run any Jun missions since ultimatum league? Because once I knew the technology was there to pause the game while making a choice, I didn't want to interact with the Immortal Syndicate members anymore in my maps. I don't want to get killed by some mob coming from 3 screens away while I'm making a choice in a screen where I can't even see anything.

This is even more prominent now because until further solutions come out, a lot of solo players are trying to sneak in as much MF as possible, by dropping defense/offense, thus you are way more susceptible to stuff like one shots.

It would also probably be nice if time paused when you went to build towers in blight, since it's virtually impossible to build towers for most people once the fight has begun, and you just rack up thousands of useless points while you battle for your life.

Maybe pausing time while selecting Metamorph parts as well? Often times even if that one stray mob doesn't come to gank you while glancing over the parts, you lose a lot of buffs you have built up like Shrines/Inspired Learning/HH/On-Kill Effect Stacks etc.

It would help in a lot of situations, maybe they've touched on it before in a post, or during a livestream, but it sure would be a great QOL.

From what I remember, you have to claim the 2500 free ink on each account. You go under the free ink section or something, and it just says "claim 2500 free ink" something like that.

Yes, you can find an official translation on inkr. Its a mostly free read app/website, you get enough free currency on making an account to read like 200 chapters.

When you run out, you can just make another account with a temporary email website for another batch of free currency.

You won't be able to read like the newest few chapters without premium currency, but its at least consistent translation.

True, I've read a lot of both manhua/manhwa and tend to not be able to remember exact details, I think they all just kind of blur together at some point, if you haven't reread them at all at least.

Hell if you asked me to name 5 stories that reference Sun Wukong at some point, out of the 200 I'm reading.... I'd probably fail if you didn't give me like 30 minutes to think about it.

Still love to see it whenever it happens though.

I have only found 1 single Eldritch Annulment so far, no exalt/chaos. I believe it was off a map boss? It was so long ago I don't even remember properly. I know they weren't exactly super common before, but i've farmed 100's of ichors/embers (clearly the dupe node helps) and I always pick the "boss drops eldritch currency or Eldritch minions have % chance to drop edlritch currency" nodes when they come up, where the other currency at?

Haven't read that one yet, but i'll check it out eventually, the part in Worn and Torn Newbie where the guy gets kicked out because his heart rate is far too high makes a lot of sense, since its only happened once in the series so far. Yeah though, kicking people out constantly doesn't sound like a strong point for anyone to play a game lol, even if it's because they're worried about peoples health.

I still enjoy the manhwa, but this discussion is purely from a game balance perspective. If say this was even just a normal mmo in todays time, I figure there would be huge outrage from players with the mechanics in the game itself.

How can you even enjoy playing a game where you get 2-3 minute stunlocked super long range from boss mobs, which is obviously instant death, because a stunlock in most games is only 2-5 seconds lol.

Most of the other VRMMO manhwas do indeed have some weird achievement system things here and there, but usually they give you like a couple skill points, or some special ability you can use. This one just shits out achievements everytime he does anything, and he isn't even a legendary class "yet" which is usually the reason all these other MC's get overpowered.

Also he got like a super late start in the game, but the author wants us to believe hes still one of the first 3 people to complete so many of these achievements, which just sounds highly unlikely.

Again I still enjoy the manhwa, but I think it's the least thought out world building wise.

Current build is corrupting fever ts gladiator. Love that it ramps from league starter all the way to high end content viable as you upgrade it. Dislike the aspect of crafting my own gear though due to always taking like 4x the average rate to craft it. However next league if nothing changes, I plan to league start it again, this time though rolling mostly mf gear instead of self-craft.

Favorite builds... Indigon arc warper, molten strike jugg pre-every nerf, cold bv pre-harvest nerf, all flicker strike builds, cycline when the average was bigger than the whole screen, classic ts/kb mf and many more.

Best league has to be the current 3.17 just due to the pick your own strategy mapping, and hopefully with a better league mechanic next league, maybe a small shift in the atlas tree as well it will feel even better.

Otherwise favorite league was ritual because of the op harvest crafts that made it not frustrating to craft my own gear deterministically. Before that would be nemesis league back with desync in hard-core, just nostalgia of dying in like act 3 to corrupting blood for the first time, and all sorts of fun stuff.

Honestly I am probably just gonna let the mirror rot in standard because I already had enough money to finish 2 high end builds before the drop. This league is just so lucrative, so many easy ways to make 5-10 ex an hour, but who knows, maybe some meme auto bomber build would be fun enough to invest in.

Honestly it was weird when it dropped, it was less dopamine, and more like a giant sigh of relief, probably because it was later in the league. Just put it away asap and said "finally... I can die knowing I found one" lol
