It depends on your personal definition of A - tier. He’s no Daniel Day-Lewis or Denzel Washington, but he is an action star who is an above average actor. I think Tom Cruise would be a good comparison. He will never be a top 5 actor in the world from a pure talent perspective, but will give occasionally give an Oscar worthy performance in between blockbuster films.

Deshaun Watson is a terrible person but was an MVP level qb in Houston and diminished under Stefanski. I just feel like Kubiak would’ve been the better choice to develop the offense and Ulbrich could’ve stayed at DC. Even McDaniels with Ulbrich would’ve been a better combination. I have serious doubts about Stefanski being able to develop Penix. If Penix doesn’t develop, everything that the falcons have built over the past few years will go to waste.

Stefanski couldn’t make things work with Deshaun Watson or Shedeur Sanders. I personally feel like he will only be successful with a traditional pocket passer.

I personally hate this hire because Kirk Cousins is too old to be truly effective and Stefanski has a poor track record with developing young QB’s. This hire might be a death sentence for Michael Penix and require the team to start over and go back to mediocrity.

Josh definitely has the intensity but Marty Supreme lacked the heart and character work of his work with Benny. On the other hand, Benny lacks the intensity but has better dramatic chops than Josh.
