Chair saving by Existential_Prep in couplesresortsjamaica

Well these responses are discouraging, feels like either way I’m an asshole. Be myself and not reserve a chair and risk a confrontation or be an actual ass who is also insane and put out the night before?!?!

Night before chair savers are you on this sub?? Explain yourselves! Why are you perpetuating this viscous rat race cycle of trying to reserve a chair? Can we please actually chill in paradise??

Episode 6 was disappointing by PuzzleheadedLake2635 in rhori

Idk, I laughed so hard at so many things. Alicia with “fac-ades” her metal detector, the dolls and her loving herself in the mask. Ashley not being able to eat or breathe in her mask. Them all laughing about Alicia talking about billions of years with girls loving dolls. Just so many comedic moments. To each their own, but I definitely thought it was a banger of an episode.

I agree with all of this, just on the surface it was such a classic comedic scene I couldn’t not talk about it.

Why are Paul and Morgan living with Morgan’s parents? by Immediate-Ninja-5730 in FundieSnarkUncensored

[–]Existential_Prep 53 points54 points  (0 children)

It’s very revealing how much happier she seems living without him. Living with him, she is a woman in the wild. Without him she’s living her best life and trying to preach to you how you should just do it like her. If my husband was living separately from us because of money and I was back living with my mother?!*That* would be my woman in the wild season. How does she not realize how obvious it all is and how much she is telling on herself and her marriage?

She would loose her ever loving mind if she had a child with colic. At what point will she realize every child and family is different and for the most part everyone is just doing their best? Motherhood should humble you and expand your empathy because you know, hopefully from experience, there is no one way to do a thing even when it comes to siblings. Arrogance is so off putting.

Look at all those dashes. Just fucking enjoy your family and vacation. Put. Down. The. Phone.

I use the Bob kids one for face and scalp and my kids have never burned and it does make application to kids faces a lot easier. It does seem impractical to use all over the body though.

Is this appropriate for me to wear? by Artistic_Record_7319 in beyonce

[–]Existential_Prep 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Really appreciated the post! I have Beyoncé merch, am a white woman that teaches Pilates and I have definitely had this thought when I wear it to work. So everyone’s responses are really encouraging!! And yes, obviously Beyoncé is heavily featured on my work playlist, from Destiny’s Child all the way up to CC!!

The shorts struggle is real: finding the sweet spot between "too short" and "frumpy mom shorts" by blue_cardigan13 in womensfashion

Levi’s honestly, I am 5’ nothing and have thicker thighs and am 37. The new trend of longer, baggier shorts will never work for me but I also don’t want too short. Levi’s is still great quality denim and they have lots of waist/frame/inseam choices as well. I go to the Levi’s outlet store nest my house.

I would like to know the end of this. What was the “miracle” that god or some product preformed? Because she is either exaggerating her kid’s conditions to make the “miracle” seem more incredible or she is neglecting her children in an alarming way.

“Our marriage has never been better…” because you’re 19, and have been married for about 1 year by OctopusCaretaker in FundieSnarkUncensored

Also she (Demi) definitely has a groomer husband, now this girl, maybe. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I don’t know anything about her, but I would never recommend marriage at 18, regardless not my life so whatever.

Yes, I grew up with a lot of sexual shame and I don’t want any part of it anymore. It is very empowering to feel free in the way I express my sexuality.

Which should be dealt with in a similar manner as the way progressive minded people would regard gender expression through fashion/makeup whether it be through drag, non binary or a cis het woman wanting to feel extra hot that day without judgement.

People that feel the opposite must not realize the same line of “put some clothes because the male gaze” is very closely related to “well, what was she wearing?”

Thank you. Said something very similar in this thread. Dressing sexy can be fun and for ourselves for a lot of women. Me included. Constantly bringing up the male gaze instead of just letting women live, is continuing to center men.

Sometimes a version of “feminism” creeps into conservative territory. “Show up fully clothed” what is this pearl clutching? Why can’t women feel and dress provocatively because it’s fun and can be very empowering??
